yeah it works if i change it to 127.0.0.1 but i am still unable to connect from keira3 or heidisql

so why did you change the database's ip address in `worldserver.conf` and `authserver.conf` if your issue is accessing your database through heidi?

to be honest, i have no idea really. Clearly it didn't fix my issues
