rares definitely feel like they drop a lot, i can do 15 mins of AOE farming at Raven Hill and have a bag of blues, but these "it feeeeeels off" cases are hard to write issue gits for

It's compeltely off for sure, I just killed a few mobs and got an epci and multiple blue

I already made an issue that world drops should be grouped and named and it would make it easier to mass edit drop rates
