Hmm it was timeout I changed from 10 to 15, and in max allowed packet I put 32M, and then run the cmd

Well.... I'm out of idea,I just did the 3 steps I mention (also did you restart the SQL service? It was the 4th step in fact, I just restarted the service just in case)
