im a pee brain ive been trying to do that since last night and this morning, I do CMAKE, rebuild all that stuff but when i go to run the server no bots appear,

They aren't magical. They don't just magically appear out of nowhere. NPCBots have to be **spawned** by a GM character before players can see them, interact with them and hire them.

so theres 100% one step im missing but cant figure it out. ahhhhh, so they were most likely working but i didnt spawn any in lmao. I was used to the other modes already having them spawned in

You spawn a creature, specific race and class, and can hire them. AI is already pre-defined, but they don't have **any** equipment to begin with. Absolutely nothing. Starting at level 80 is a royal pain because of that.
