`True` makes it triggered, bypassing all checks and making it instant.

Oh as far as i can tell that cast isnt casting

Sorry thought i mentioned it. The aura its supposed to cast works if i learn it and cast it. Or just do .aura spellid but this isnt doing it.
It does remove the stacks when it should be so the if is going through
