You can't have death knight start at anything below level 55 unless you add all the data required for level 54 and below.

I don't know what happens if you set max player level to anything below 55 either

The only thing that limited it was the maximum level, I really don't want to have the dk at the moment, can it be disabled from the worldserver?

I'm not even sure setting expansion to vanilla or tbc would affect it. I could be wrong though, I'm not sure.

I would like to create phases and start with vanilla, but for example the blood elf and draenei are available, but not go to outland or Northrend and no dk
