If it's a straight up copy, would that even do anything? I mean, if a proc happens but is already active would it ignore it? Many questions without answers

its weird to cause backdraft isnt in spell_ranks so im not sure how the proc_event table knows what rank 2/3 of backdraft are

its entered into the procevent as -47258 which is says you can do - to affect all the ranks of the spell

and its not using spell family masks because backdraft has no spell family mask
