Yes. No matter what version of boost you use, make sure it has "14.3" in the name of the installer

It depends on the power of the CPU, the modules and all that - boost really has no effect on it

With 4 cores and only my own modules + ahbot + playerbots it takes <30 min to do a full compile. I can't remember the exact amount of time but anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes. So long ago since I did one.
