To reset and/or remove files you've added, GitHub Desktop you discard the changes and it'll go back to what it was.

There's no need to manually go through and delete the files yourself

I'm not 100% sure individual progression supports the auto updater but if you have issues with it **then** you **can** copy the files to the custom folder of AC
