The screen shows that you have added additional files to the repo. It probably detects the module you've added.
The client is the actual game you run to play and log into the server. What you see in that screenshot can not possibly be related to the client.

It actually looks like it's seeing the SQL files from modules that they for some reason decided to copy into the AC source SQL folder
