There's 3 steps to follow and you will be able to get in Old Ironforge without any mount, duel, and anything else.
This video will show you how to go in Old IronForge by downloading the file patch-4.MPQ.
Steps:
1- Install the Patch-4.mpq in "c:/Program Files/World of Warcraft/Data"
2- Run wow with WoWEmuHacker or anything to allow model hack.
3- Follow me in the video.
