Hey, I recently changed `Apprentice Riding` to be available at level 1 so people on the server can get a mount early. I would also like to make it so that they can buy mounts from other races like Human buying a Night Elf frostsaber. I can't seem to figure out where to make the changes so that a vendor I'm not exalted with will sell me the mount (or even talk to me).
