so do u know some source of info on that system ? so far i was lazy to start creating spells since its annoying as fck and i would also like to avoid having to read through TC spell scripts to figure out how it works

i know when i ported some spell_procs over from 1.12, (e.g. vanilla redoubt) it wasn't working till i made an entry in spell_proc table

but not ALL procs were needed, i.e. improved wingclip didn't require one for some reason
