I use this:
`cmake ../ -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=$source -DCMAKE_C_COMPILER=/usr/bin/clang -DCMAKE_CXX_COMPILER=/usr/bin/clang++ -DWITH_WARNINGS=1 -DSCRIPTS=static -DAPPS_BUILD="$apps"`
I specify clang but not the version
Of course, I use variables in my script which is why there is $source and $apps in it

sometimes u need version and sometimes u cant have version i dont know what is causing that but i got both cases happened to me

I do see where I need to make a new directory for the binaries. But that's the verbatim command on the wiki. I did yeah. I think I'll play a bit more. I did see that the thing it claims to be missing IS installed. It's just not the filename it says it should be.
