i understand what are u aiming for but services are not rly meant for this

This is what I used, haven't fired it up in a while but I don't remember having any issues:
```
[Unit]
Description=AzerothCore Worldserver
After=network-online.target
[Service]
Type=simple
User=roboto
UMask=0022
WorkingDirectory=/home/roboto/azerothcore
ExecStart=/bin/screen -S worldserver -D -m /home/roboto/azerothcore/bin/worldserver
KillSignal=SIGINT
Restart=always
RestartSec=5s
[Install]
WantedBy=multi-user.target
```

If I had to guess I'd say you need to set `WorkingDirectory`
