PS: I'm fairly certain port 8085 and port 3724 were forwarded correctly. I don't belive port forwarding is the issue

This means there’s an issue with pinging your authentication server… it could be ports not opened, firewall issue, wrong address, binding to an erroneous address, etc.

I would double check whatever info you entered in the realm table.
