Part of it is still wrong but not fully. The level changed to 30 for the first paladin/warlock mounts in 2.4, not 3.0. It won't make a difference for you but I'll still move it.
Edit: Never mind, my brain isn't working today. There were added to trainers in 3.0 you dumb fuck (I'm talking about me being that dumb fuck)
