You should probably delete your WTF folder to reset the config. That would tell you at least whether it’s config related.

Deleting it didn’t solve the issue, unfortunately

When I run Wow.exe, it’s forcibly minimized, but for the 1 to 2 seconds it’s trying to open up / maximize, I can hear the login music in the background, so I know it’s at least running
