Hey all, hoping to get a little information on making essentially all quests and reputation be cross-faction. So what I have done is modified the faction.dbc entries to use the same masks for the aliiance as the horde. That has allowed the reps to show up in my character window. I've also go in and modified the factiontemplate.dbc and adjusted all the friend masks to where everyone is friendly. I've also modifed the quest_template table to set the allowableraces to be horde and alliance. So all of this is working fine so far.
The issue I am having is when I log in as say a horde character, I see the alliance capital city reps, but they are set to the lowest of hated despite the reputation base being the same value as the alliance in faction.dbc.
I'm assuming I'm missing something simple that is causing the issue. I did use reputation flag 273 for the capital cities instead of like 17 or something like that just because that was what the "correct" faction had as it's reputation flag setting.
Any thoughts on what I may be missing to try and get both horde and alliance to start their reputation at the same neutral point on both sides?

To add to the oddity on what I'm seeing with the factions, if I go into go and run like .lookup faction stormwind as a Troll I get back "72 - [Stormwind enUS] Friendly (3100) [visible] [peace forced]" despite sitting at 0/36000 Hated... Is there an inherit "you are a horde player thus your rep will never be above X"? Really thought tweaking the two .dbc files would suffice.
