3.0.12 as per the video. that is a rollback as the latest releases were causing an error

So why is the process asking for 1.1? It has to have been compiled with that version or it wouldn't ask for it.

Again, it's asking for libssl-1_1 x64.dll (openssl 1.1) so you must have it installed if it was able to compile using it

not sure. originally I had openssl 3.2.0... it was broken and a comment was made to roll back to 3.0.12. so i installed that instead. and the error went away
