there are absolutely no other variables that are dynamically generated when the bin files are made, that then are used for salt/verifier?

did you swap between mysql versions or something? My only guess is that the binary of salt and verifier somehow got fucked in the transition

well, as long as I can enter the game, I'm quite happy though I don't know why I didn't check auth server, I could have found out that I just needed to update the password - even if that perhaps shouldn't be necessary, but I wouldn't have to take up your time

I see that you are a dev, contributor, staff and all that.. I know that there are many more in this project - but I just wanted to say Thank you for your extremely excellent and wonderful work that you and all the other devs are doing!
