hypothetically if i wanted to manually scale the mounts to go faster, like 60% becomes 120%, what might be my first port of call.
i know you can edit spells in the database but they're all hidden in the dbcs, if i made a copy of a spell but edited it, would the server prioritse the one in the sql/database or the dbcs + would players have icons that lie to them (or make a little patch maybe?)

I would say use SpellInfoCorrections or make a spellscript
