Copy the .mpq file into yor WorldofWarcraft\Data folder and name it patch-#.
#=a-z 1-9
Download MEFix and write into the wowme.cfg file the name of your .mpq file and save that.
Then open the WOWMe.exe and press F8 at the login screen
Here is a pic, but just for bear, cat and seaform because my account is banned so that's just my alt.
