AC doesn’t have it. But they don’t want a command anyway, they want to copy paste off a text file as I understood

Quick question, for wotlk/azerothcore, spell tooltips do not change their displayed value from gear/talents/etc correct? Only display base value regardless of what might impact it? That's what I'm gathering from my experience and googling, just want to make sure that is how it is supposed to be
