I'm not sure but are you sure you're using a recent version of azerothcore?
```AzerothCore needs OpenSSL version 1.0 but found too new version .
AzerothCore needs OpenSSL 1.0.x or 1.1.x to work properly```
That doesn't even mention 3.0 or 3.1 or 3.2, although I have never had issues with OpenSSL so I'm not sure what it should say exactly
