It sounds similar to an old bug with Autobalance mod but I haven't seen that come up in a long time now

Well yeah, she sleeps everyone, does some talking and revives him in time for the sleep to wear off. That's how the encounter works.

Fairly sure my DPS spells shouldn't be able to kill her and break the dungeon.

If I deal too much damage *before* she puts me to sleep, then it works fine. She remains at 1 HP while doing her thing.

She's not supposed to be able to die from damage unless the RP event has happened though
