`Magic numbers` refers to stuff hardcoded somewhere without a conf option or reading it from the DB.

That's not the definition I think of, I moreso think of just using random numbers in like a function or something like `DoCast(57811)` instead of using some enumeration/define like `DoCast(INVALID_SPELL_ID)`
