You don't recompile, that's such a horrible choice of words to use on the wiki. You run cmake and then build in visual studio (not rebuild, not clean, just build) and it'll only compile what's changed - in this case a module was added.

The same goes for when you update the core. unless you run into errors (for example related to precompiled headers) you don't have to rebuild/clean either
