not sure if I'm allowed to ask a question about a particular module here, but I recently added the **A.R.A.C.** (all races all classes) mod to my server. I'm able to use any race with any class, but the users who connect to my server are not. I've verified that they've put Patch-A.mpq in the Data folder.
