Just a quickie I decided to do for a friend. Just selected all the nodes (or vertexes) on the horns and scaled everything up about 20-30% of normal.
Enjoy
I've applied this to the lvl 60 rams as well as larger horns on the lvl 40 mounts, but I don't have one on any of my toons for a screenie of them.

Installation self explanitory ~ add the models to another MPQ or name accordingly to patch it in.
