the most disappointing thing I've seen so far is acore also doesn't do hand of reckoning properly lol

in tc, hand of reckoning does damage when you:
- target an enemy who is not in combat with you
- target an enemy who is in combat, but not targeting you
- target an enemy who is fleeing
- target an enemy who is stunned
but does NOT do damage when you:
- target an enemy who is a spellcaster (for some reason)
in acore, hand of reckoning does damage when you:
- target an enemy who is not in combat with you
- target an enemy who is in combat, but not targeting you
- target an enemy who is fleeing *towards an ally*
- target an enemy that is one of the above and also a spellcaster (yay)
but does NOT do damage when you:
- target an enemy who is fleeing *randomly, not towards an ally*
- target an enemy who is stunned
