We need more information. When were you disconnected? Was it after creating the character, when logging in, in-game or what?

I think that was the last year you were able to get MCSE licenses of it for "test" environments. I used to have a slew of SKUs for the Microsoft products from "2014" and prior. Not saying that is their reason. But I know my home lab used to be 2012r2 for that.

But you can extend the license for 2022 (and most likely 2019) up to 3 years
