i put uncommon at 500 and didnt see a green yet, can i spawn some enemy with gmcommands and kill it?

you can lookup the creature's item list with that and see exactly what its pulling from

sorry, i was misleading above - the setting you're changing doesn't affect the chance to hit a reference list, only the items that are explicitly defined in the loot list
