Debug output doesn't seem to be showing anything special. Might be my untrained eye haha.
Haven't had any breaks, no crashes. Just the error in worldserver.

More strangeness, I deleted character 6 and then tried to recreate them, which caused this error:
`SQL(p): INSERT INTO character_action (guid, spec, button, action, type) VALUES (6, 0, 0, 5176, 0)
[ERROR]: [1062] Duplicate entry '6-0-0' for key 'character_action.PRIMARY'`
A window popped up in WoW and said there was an error creating the character. When I clicked "Okay" it disappeared, and the new character is GUID 7 instead of 6.
