I would assume the effect is stackable but I'm obviously just confused in all this

I don't know of any command that allows you to see the stats that the server sees, basically. I'm even more confused now that I think about it, what difference would it be if you could somehow see the stats the server thinks the item has? If it's a spell that's triggered, that's all you would see - it's there.

I don't think they are stackable because when I used only 1 weapon in hand - custom weapon I anyway saw Soul Fragment buff even that I triple checked that in DB I have my custom spellID in spellId_1 column. I will try to use existing effect first instead of my custom
