The selection image when you click on factions is green, same goes for weapon skills and other UI elements based on that system. The "paper" image is also green.
The combo points frame is not yellow but green as well:
Now in short:
1) Red buttons and other button elements are green
2) Combo points frame is green
It might not seem much, but if you add Skinner on top of it you get a totally new UI! Personally I am sick with the red color on the frames, it's been red since the retail release and I would have hoped that they would have skinned it something more appropriate to match TBC. If you are as sick of red as I am, this might be something you will love.
The ZIP contains the MPQ, also the Fonts I use if you want them. There is a link to Skinner if you wanna try it out (you will love this if you are bored of the old UI frames). Additionally I will link a download URL to LinkWrangler addon users, it's simply a itemlink addon that makes you able to open several item tips, got neat features like compare, whisper linker, e.g. The buttons it uses are red but I skinned them green to match the new textures.
