For your own pc however it doenst matter at all. I'm pretty sure no one in their right mind would have windows installed on a HDD and then use the ssd only for storing the games. So your desktop will be absolutely fine

yeah, then the reason is the so called "roaming profile". Same goes for "Documents" "Downloads" and whatnot.

put it all in the cloud. then storage is someone else's problem.

They actually force us to save anything in documents etc so it gets stored in OneDrive
