That is a client side question, it isn't handled by the AzerothCore server/infrastructure. So I don't think you will find much support for that here (is my understanding).

"My" laptop has a dedicated GPU and can handle much higher graphics vs the 'general work laptop' that my wife has. Luckily, WoW WotLK is an OLD game and can easiily run on most hardware even with integrated grpahics.
