For race IDs look up reflex0rzor's thread [Guide] Character to Creature and basically follow that but use the information I gave. (Tauren male is 59 for example).
So to sum up the DBC edit looks exactly like the noggenfogger effect (more white than streetska8ers edit and doesn't show armour, only the weapon).
