I'm trying to track down why the NPCbots `characters_npcbots` table is empty to start, but there are configs that mention it. I also see migrations that should add to it, but which don't seem to have been run. This helps a lot.

There's a plugin available on ChatGPT4 called "ask the code" which is insanely useful for navigating a large unfamilair codebase. It's so cool.
