In theory you could set the min/max items to a high enough number, like all 3 of the auction houses on my realms are set to 25,000 but set it even higher, and let it populate them - extract the complete list of items posted and select every single item that exists in item_template *except* those posted on the AH and add those to the disabled items list. You can then remove items from the disables list as you want them posted.
