I don't fully understand how if a module saves the character it could break it all but maybe.

more realistic option is bad blocks if you are using a HDD as result corrupted database

You're really going way beyond where they should be looking first. Start with removing the dual wield skill and removing all traces of it and test it.

btw another attempt to fix it is pdump
first - pdump write filename charactername
second - delete your character in client
third - pdump load filename accountname

I removed the skill and the error message doesnt show in the worldserver console. im gonna keep futzing with it and let you know if i run into this problem again
