[Archive] [Model Swap] "Common" arrow > Ice threaded arrow

I've already made this change yesterday it was just deleted for one reason, so its fixed now and here it is again.
This changes the common, wooden arrow into the ice threaded arrow. (Horaay! Good old AV time is back)
Just put it into your wow/data folder and pew pew!
