Ok so after some very panicked learning how MySQL works and dropping the database tables, I have for you an incredibly cursed explanation of why it was losing it's shit. Watching the initial table population process from fresh showed that worldserver was caching the tables on my boot drive (away from from the server is saved) before moving them to their final destination, and the amount of storage free on my boot drive was not enough to cache the entire database so it was erroring out ~2/3 of the way through when it ran out of space (despite the actual destination having hundreds of gigs free). Having archived a few gigs of stuff from my boot drive, both the authserver and worldserver are now sitting and happily running with no errors at normal tickover. Thank you very much for your help!
