after spending a some hours to reproduce this bug, nothing, but on bugged character even rogue bot has a 220 energy
it can be impact with autobalance but i never turn it on (AutoBalance.Enable.Global=0)

I mean, you could try removing autobalance to see if it remains the same. You also have these
