I got a vserver which runs a auth and a world server and now i want to setup a second realm on another vserver which uses the already existing auth server

i think the new server needs a connection to the others acore_auth db from the other?

yes if they can communicate but at that point u probably want to have DB in its own server

to be honest i dont see why would u do it in first place just buy more powerful server instead of multiple of them

thats not my intention. i have a server i use for playing with friends and want to setup a second dev realm where i can try out mods without kicking my friends every few minutes because i restart the server
