I set them to the max amount - 1. AV = 39, WS = 9, AB = 14. I don't know what happens if you set them to the max amount the BG supports but I figured what the hell.

Assistant and Appreciation (although the latter is currently private). The first one only supports gold cost but the second one uses a little thing I decided to call "Token of Appreciation" that you use for a few different services.
