looks im bad guy, and just copy+paste that files in
C:\Build\bin\RelWithDebInfo\Data\dbc

i guess this file automatically added into SQL base after authserver.exe update, no?
( C:\AzerothCore\modules\mod-arac\sql\world\arac.sql )
or it doesnt work like that
