I combined the dbcs for those and the only thing not working is goblins do not get common language

I'd take a look at https://github.com/heyitsbench/mod-arac/...1368177509, but I do know that chances are it's out of date seeing as ARAC got a commit recently to fix a bunch of skills

I think the issue is probably with SkillRaceClassInfo not having good race/classmask for common language that fits goblins

The bitmask looked right when I edited but it didn't show best I could get was Orc
