Arator visits a inn and a keep. If I'm not mistaken, these waypoints are already scripted. When visiting the keep, a dialogue occurs with Danat, and when visiting a inn, a dialogue occurs with Malgor. Unfortunately, I could not find a full-fledged video of how this happens, but it seems that there are no special conditions for triggering these dialogs. This happens periodically when Arator visits one of these locations.

Yes, maybe there's a certain percentage that dialogue occurs when he visits one of these places. This could explain why there are so few videos of this event.
